We are looking for help and/or sponsorship of any kind to ensure that this worthwhile adventure is a success. In return we can offer free publicity through logos on the car, links on our website, publicity in an online blog of our adventure on the Mirror, an article in the Westmorland Gazette and exposure at a fundraising ball held at the Netherwood Hotel on March 15th 2008.

Raffle Prizes

At the ball we well be holding a raffle and an auction. If anyone could donate prizes that could be auctioned off, that would be fantastic.

We are more than happy to accept payment in any other forms so if you are happier with sending a cheque then just send us an email.

There is no fixed route for our trip and there is obviously no way of knowing how far we will make it… so for the small fee of a £5 donation you can enter the competition to guess how many miles we will cover. We will be setting the trip on the speedo to zero when we set off and whichever entry is the closest to the amount of miles on the speedo when we finish/the car dies/the speedo stops working is the winner. If you happen to guess the exact same number of miles as someone else your entry will be void so try choose something other than a round number.
